TERMS OF SALE
These Terms of Sale govern purchases from Blue Flame (“we,” “us,” “our”) through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. They are written for a U.S. store based in Greeley, Colorado. They are not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer.
Blue Flame sells workwear and related gear (including work shirts and industrial gloves) for customers in the United States. We operate from Greeley, Colorado.
You must be able to form a binding contract in the United States and provide a complete, accurate shipping address in the U.S. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Photos and descriptions are meant to show the product honestly. Colors can look different on a screen. Workwear is made for hard use; it is not a guarantee against injury. Follow your employer’s safety rules and any applicable OSHA or workplace requirements. If a product includes a stated rating or specification, that statement is limited to what the manufacturer or label actually claims.
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change until you complete checkout. Sales tax is shown if we are required to collect it for your state. You authorize the payment method you choose at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, we detect fraud, or an item is out of stock.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the purchase (email or on-screen confirmation) and process payment. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will refund that item.
We ship to the United States from Greeley, Colorado. Checkout adds a flat nationwide shipping charge. There is no free-shipping threshold. Delivery estimates (typically 3 to 7 business days after the carrier receives the package) are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and incorrect addresses can add time. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier, except where state law says otherwise.
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise price. You pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Used, washed, worn, or customized goods cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us with your order number using the WhatsApp or email published on this site.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, BLUE FLAME IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITS, SO PART OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTHING HERE LIMITS LIABILITY THAT COLORADO OR FEDERAL LAW DOES NOT ALLOW US TO LIMIT (INCLUDING CERTAIN PERSONAL-INJURY CLAIMS WHERE A WAIVER IS VOID).
EXCEPT FOR ANY WRITTEN WARRANTY THAT COMES WITH A SPECIFIC PRODUCT, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED in your state.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies. If a dispute must be heard in court, the state and federal courts sitting in Colorado have venue, unless the law gives you a right to sue where you live.
We may update these terms. The version posted on the date you place an order applies to that order.
